The Agriculture Production Clusters (APC) programme brings small and marginal women farmers together to plan production, build stronger producer groups and connect with markets. It began in Odisha’s highland districts and has expanded through government and civil society partnerships.
By bringing training, irrigation, livestock support and market access into a shared plan, the programme aims to strengthen women’s control over their farm income and the decisions that shape it.
